Ozmo App is a smart system designed to help you achieve a greater level of wellness. With ability to measure and record both your water and coffee consumption, the app works best with its companion smart bottle to track your progress throughout the day to help you reach your hydration goals. So you’ll know whether that 4pm latte is a good idea, or how much you should drink after that 5-mile bike ride. How does it work?
The Ozmo Smart Bottle connects with the Ozmo App to record both your water and coffee consumption and tracks your progress throughout the day to help you reach your hydration goals. It syncs with Fitbit, Apple Watch, and other fitness trackers to re-evaluate your hydration needs post-workout.
App Features:
Personalized Hydration: Ozmo App gives you customized goals on the basis of your body type, geographical location, and level of activity.
Insightful Reports: Look at your daily, weekly and monthly progress. The App uses predictive modeling to give you tips and alerts to enhance your performance.
Nutrition Tracking:
Track your fluid intake with barcode scanner which helps you make healthier choices and calculates your calories (US drinks).
Fitness Tracker Integration:
Two-way integration between Fitbit, Garmin, Misfit, Apple Health and the Ozmo App supports synchronization among apps for a full data analysis for post workout analysis.
Manual Logging:
Don’t have the smart bottle yet? Manually input your water consumption or use the barcode scanner.
